Finally, a super easy way to create, share and access notes from your games.
Everyone's notes, all in one place
You’d never split the party, so why split your notes? Share your notes with everyone! Add to, edit, or comment on any shared note, so that everyone can keep track of the important stuff. QuestKeepers: where teamwork makes the dream work!
Real-time Note Collaboration
Start a new note and let the rest of your party add their own thoughts! Stay organized and never miss a beat with our note-taking wizardry that magically records everyone’s thoughts–all at the same time!
Organize, edit, retrieve
QuestKeeper’s spellbinding tagging and search system organizes notes effortlessly, allowing you to quickly summon them by type or term, using tags and categories specific to TTRPGs. Find potion recipes, ancient riddles, or the name of the tortle that sold you that wimpy staff of flowers without breaking immersion or rolling a history check.
Link notes to discover connections & Patterns
QuestKeepers allows you to marry an NPC with a location, an item, a quest, and a faction, all in one epic union. Forget individual connections – we bring them all together like a chaotic, yet harmonious, symphony. Discover mind-boggling patterns and shock your GM with your powers of deductive reasoning.
Share your Notes or Not
Sometimes secrets should be shared, but hey, not every secret is fit for the curious gaze of just anyone. Shh… QuestKeepers provides you the option to reveal or conceal those precious notes. Share your notes…or not.
GM's share notes too!
A player rolls high on a perception check, but whispering is so 2019. And who has time to print handouts or wait for email? And how many times do you have to spell the King of Palirquin’s name before your players have it right? QuestKeepers will keep the game flowing like the Neverwinter River, with intuitive and effective GM tools that speed communication and world planning like never before.
Praise for the QuestKeeper Prototype
I used to use a spiralbound notebook exclusively. Input was good, exactly how I wanted to do it. But retrieving notes was not so much. QuestKeepers makes pulling notes so easy, to not use it now makes the game feel sooooo much slower.
So easy to keep track of and find my notes now. Not just mine, but when I find myself thinking about the game, I just pull it up and there’s always something I missed that someone else noted. It makes the world we play in so much more real and accessible when I can see how everything is linked together.
Google Docs has nothing on QuestKeepers. A searchable database in consumable-sized cards linked to player characters and their backstory permits my world to be immersive and relevant to each player. Excellent work!
